Rosalina Essential Oil

Rosalina Essential Oil

Common Name:  Rosalina - Lavender Tea Tree

Botanical Name: Melaleuca Ericifolia

Rosalina essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves (and maybe small stems) of the Australian Melaleuca Ericifolia tree which grows mainly in Tasmania, Bass Strait Islands, Victoria and New South Wales.

The scent is calming and soothing with its aromatic notes of lavender and tea tree. A woody, earthy and fresh scent with background notes of floral citrus.

Rosalina essential oil is also described as similar to lavender, relaxing and refreshing, slightly eucalyptus, a softer alternative to tea tree and reminiscent of the Australian bush.

Rosalina essential oil is vegan friendly, native to Australia, not tested on animals and 100% pure and natural.

It is popular in aromatherapy, soaps, bath bombs and perfume formulations. Being antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory it can be used as a disinfectant as well as relieving congestion when used in a diffuser.

Rosalina essential oil blends well with lavender, cypress, fir needle, tea tree, palmarosa, lemon, eucalyptus, rose, grapefruit and spruce essential oils.
